Thanks a lot for your warm welcome.

@Yuke, Overpowered Doorwedges:

I think they are overpowered, because if deployed to a door, suspects have no chance to get through that door by all means.
So one do not need to keep an eye on a wedged door anymore.
(In COOP)

I think one would be able to kick in a wedged door (maybe by shooting the hinges), it may take some time and makes some noise,
but it would be possible I guess.

Also it is quite important to mention that if you use any breaching device on a wedged door, the wedge will be removed automatically as soon as the lock is destroyed.
Keeping that in mind, it may save you a lot of time.
So if you secured a mainfloor and wedge all doors to the left and the right, you have all the time you need to make further entry - plans.
And if there is a need for a real fast entry into a wedged room, just use a BSG on the wedged door.

So the overpower in DoorWedges (in SWAT4 (TSS)) is that there are absolutely no disatvantages for the Team and they GUARANTEE that the team does not get flanked through a wedged door.

@Timbo:
What do you mean with "You have to deal with the quickdraw" ?

@Snipe and Jonsi:
I have had a copy of RvS, but borrowed it a friend of mine a couple of years ago. That was the last time I saw it. Sad

It would be nice if Suspects could breach doors with their buckshot loaded SG's or even roll grenades at us.

It would also be nice to be able to breach via the hinges and 'shoot' out the wedge with a shotgun instead of breaching the door too hehe.
