Hmm, that reminds me of a story about when I was a little boy....
Supposedly when I was like knee high to a table leg; I was playing with the phone trying to call my Grandmother. My mom hung up the phone when she found me and later a Police car came buy asking if we had an emergency <_<
I also had a police situation when I was young. I'll tell you the story.
I was in grade one and it was a windy day out. I was bringing home my school work and a mother day card I was proud of. When I big gust of wind took my papers away. I ran out on the street to catch them. A cop happened to drive by and see me run out after them crying. He came over and offered my a ride home. Mind you my mom thought that my brother who is two years older had gotten in trouble, but when she seen me she was confused. Anyways I was crying and very upset about losing my mother day card. I don't remember how but my mom did get the card. I think the cop must have gotten it for me. Shows how nice police men really can be.
I had a recent 'experience' with the police and paramedics that proves they can bend the rules sometimes.. now if only i could remember the number of the cop that brought me home

haha that just shows how much slower the police respond now. If you call them now, they take 15+ minutes to get there
I always heard traffic was bad in California =/
Well, maybe its just here lol
That was funny.
