She has the prob that she plays Raven Shield and that there are some people on the server, who do not respect clan rules, e.g. After a few time she was killed by a player and a very big fight between them begin. so what happens she was killed by the player namend "reap blackwalker". After she was killed she asked him why he do this. He gave an stupid answer. After this fight, with words, she was kicked. But the problem was: no SAS member was there!!! So she went out, come back and after a few minutes JB arrived. The problem began again and so JB kicked our girl. she came back and asked why, JB answered what he would do in such a situation and the problem was fixed for him.
Now she is really sad about and think that some people can't like her. All in all she think that some members do some things which are not normal. so she decided to go and leave us. That was her story.
ok I will explain or at least I'll try to explain , I write in german cause it easier for me that way, why I'm doing this ...
I was playing as often on the server when a couple of guys came in while we started to play the map oil refinery. I was climbing up the ladder near the spawn and held to look at the wagons. I was scoped in so I didn't see what was happening around me. A guy named reapblackwalker told me to move and as I was turning my head downwards I was already finding myself in the 'waiting lounge'. When I asked him why he just killed me he replied that he told me 3 time to move. I answered that this absolutely wouldn't be a reason to kill me and that he not at all asked me 3 times but instead directly shot me after the first call ... after a few minutes of 'unpleasent' talk also from my side (I don't deny this at all) I was kicked ... I know that only SAS members can do this so no need to tell me it was no member ... the JB joined the server ... I explained the issue and didn't receive a reply. We started the next round and I faced that guy who shot at me whereupon he just killed me again. I asked JB whether he would tolerate such behaviour respectively why he wasn't doing anything about it.
He answered that he would react the same why if someone would point a gun at him but I was just pissed off pretty much ... we started the next round and I payed that guy back with two shotgun shots which was in my eyes totally justified for being purposely gunned down 2 times without any reason ... after that I was kicked by JB ... I returnt to the server and asked JB why he is kicking ME instead of HIM. He respond to this by saying that he would have shot too if someone would have aimed at him, something I absolutely didn't understand... anyway I then brought upon the question if it was normal that things like those would be tolerated and IF it would be like that I'd be happy not to belong to this clan ... if it'd be so... he told me to stop speaking over SAS in such a manner ... what I actually understood but still I had more than once the feeling that some members in this clan are playing a rotten game what is the reason why I made this decision ... how else could I have been kicked by a member who are pretending not to be a member and even if a member of this clan is present is not doing anything about it... I already had the feeling that 'some' don't like me and therefore played this rotten trick on me... I'm sorry if I'm wrong but that's the way I feel as such 'things' have occured before too
I hope someone can explain to the others what I just stated here ... I will check in once in a while
In any case I have no desire to play such games especially if people tell my to grow up ... then I just have to wonder "who" actually is grown up here....
I played with you a bit Claudia and we had some fun. You're a dedicated player a nice friend and a funny person. There is NO way we would like to loose you. What happened there turned out chaotic but do not think that you're unwanted on the servers. I'm very sorry about all this and it looks to me that some information wasn't understood correctly.
I think that you should reconsider about leaving TG1, remember the games you had with Spidey, Medic, Valroe, Sniper, Rouge...and so on. The decision is yours but I do not want you to think that you were, not even a second, not desired on the servers.

About the pointing/looking at another player, it's generally considered rude to... for example in AA training, the game will warn you off if you point your weapon to somewhere other than the intended target(s).
The admin did come after the initial incident, so it is rather hard to provide hard evidence (don't think there are logs?) and it may seem suspicious to start accusing (to him) because for all he knows, it could be a cover up. Though I usually would take a screenshot and save it for someone that I know at least a little.
But I would've probably done the same as you, so I sympathize. Players create the experience in the servers, and I've seen much worse. And since it may be harder to read this stuff due to language barriers, I'll stop.
Re: xfire. I think the x-fire web-client someone mentioned before would be nice in this scenario...

Claudia the first "kick" might have been a "vote kick", not necessary a SAS member. "Vote kicks" can be done by any player if they get a majority to vote against you. "Vote kicks" on SAS servers are generally not allowed, only if lack of SAS present on the server and X-Fire.
TK Revenge is illegal too, so JB had a valid reason for kicking you, but you guys have cleary misunderstood each other.

The squad members behind me carried on up the ladder and we continued our assault, after i had been shot she then began "having a go" at me, saying that "u be death" and other threats to kill me next round.
JB entered next round and i stood back from the main pack to see what she was doing, she stood in front of me (having not seen me) and was looking over all of the people moving from the position, she turned towards me, i saw her aim it at me, and i fired a double tap into her head and continued to play.
I explained to JB what happened and he said that the next person who TKs will be kicked, claudia shot me the next round and was kicked.
What i do not like is the follow up to this incident, Rasa confronted me and said that i had been on a "tk rampage", which i had not.
I apologised to her early yesterday and she accepted my apology, apart from that i have had no other problems with her.
The incident which led to her not needing xfire happened this afternoon when a member known as "piya" or something like that accidentally killed her, she took it as intentional and killed him next round, she was kicked.

So I ask if it is really crucial to risk (there only was the risk of her shooting you!) one single round of a game? The TeamKill might be solved at that point already if you hadnt that itchy figner on the trigger. Well I would really like to know how the face of the real person behind the game model looks like if it is looking at me. If you saw her face, you could have presumed either that she will shoot you soon, or she just wanted to talk. So her mimic would have been one reason to shot. Plus the fact that we are not abled to lower our weapons in RvS, I doubt that you can never know how to react if another gamer is looking straight at you. But shot before anything else is done or said before is not excuseable. And I usually look at people I am talking to.
The ladder the first kill was performed is very near the spawning point. There were three (3) men left to move left via the train stock using flashbangs. And remember, this is the first mission you do in the campaign, so I dont believe, that this would not have been possible. And the route via the ladder is pretty dangerous. You can be seen from any place down in with the trains.
I hope something like this will not happen again.

But alas, i shall leave this dicussion here, im not here to defend myself, im here to state facts, the only people who know what happened were myself, claudia and a player called CausticMouse, anyone other than that shouldnt be able to say something due to them not being there.

After what I understand that blackwater idmits to start the whole thing. I hav given her the advice that tk as revenge is not a good idea.
I cant answer for JB, but I think some of it might be a misunderstanding.
But I hope that you Claudia will still play on TG1 and post in the forum from time to time.
And a good idea when thers no SAS on server and guys treat you bad: play with another nick... Let us know who the bad guys are.....
