Illustrious is only a baby really, i have had the pleasure of a tour around 'Ark Royal' which is our flagship carrier. Have also stood next to the US carrier 'JFK' and that is foo&ing huge.

You don't fool with the U.S.A. Navy when it comes to the Air. Those naval aviators are some of the best. Especially the old school ones

I wouldn't know about any one else's CBG pilots but hehe. I'd be glad to be on friendly terms with the British if one of their capitol ships were in my port and support ships in striking distance.

Harrier GR-9's Medic...as for RN pilots, take step back to the south atlantic in 1982, flying at 10m above the sea, in winter where the waves can be taller, i think we can fly.

What differs in the British Armed Forces to another. You may have the latest and greatest hardware in the modern battlefield, but no armed forces (and this includes the US army) can never match or beat the raw grit of a british soldier we can fight through any situation and be the best of our enironment..........how do i know this cos ive sweated blood with the best of them on tours.

Yes the danish army is a great army. but i havent had the pleasure of serving with you in afgan or iraq. i had to pleasure of working with the US army rangers, canadians, norweigans, french, and northern alliance (US trained) lol opps
