New Years Resolution

So in the last drunken hours of 06, what did you promise yourself to achieve in 07?

Ill kick off. My NYR is to become more independent and get a sweet ride.

Now over to you all.

Cheers

Re: New Years Resolution

So in the last drunken hours of 06

:? ehh Jakub isn't it bright noon in Australia atm XD... anyway a Happy new year to you too.

My resolution for the new year is to bring up the courage to ask the girl I have fallen in love with for a date ... an achievable goal I think.

Btw like my new year's smile?

My new years resolution is too see more of the outside world (nothing like the fresh Scottish countryside), maybe take up cycling and definately try and learn the guitar

Good luck and hopefully bright future Miles Smile

My new years resolution is some what privater then this section of forum... Its more or less the exact opposite of yours Miles and my decision at that.

Think I'll try to tune back into that station and hit TG#1 if I can for some trigger practice. I don't drink btw <_<

Hmm, same as every year. Expand my already obese ego. Easy to accomplish and it's fun! Biggrin

Happy new year everyone , and hexen a good advice concerning guitar learning is to start with an accoustic guitard not electric (u have to form ur chords fingers before ripping solos on an electric axe )

For my part , my goal is to pass the theoric and physical exams for my hopepfully new career as a police officer . I also will put the efforts i need to gain the respect of this great team.

Thanks for the advice Necro, i will be sure to take it. I had an idea to do that because even though i listen more to electric guitars than acoustic i think acoustic would be more fun to play.

Necro's advice is 100% sound. There is one very big advantage: you don't need electricity to play it :D.

My resolution is: I'll work out more, approach a gym. Play the piano more, because next year I might not get the opportunity; and finally: find something I REALLy want to study, because otherwise I'm looking at a failed life.

My NYR would be to start smoking.

So far, I have not succeeded... Sad

My New Year Resolution: To study more regurarly, and not only close upon an exam (sound familiar?)
And engage/approach the gym more than 1-2 times a week, which I have been doing this autumn. 3-4 times a week would be nice to make more progress. I have allready quit smoking on a daily basis months ago.
Other than that... my screen resolution will remain the same; 1280x800.

First I wanna say good luck to you all.

My resolution is to get my BMI up to 22.5 from 20.6 (need 6kg more for that) and to spend next new year somewhere dug in in a hole freezing my ass off.
