Good work all on acheiving these promotions
Now work hard to ensure the new rank structure is used properly.

Just for clarification, in case anyone is getting upset, James and Myself were not demoted.
The rank structure was changed and some ranks were removed. Hence our new positions.
All is okay from my point of view.
Congrats to all... the efforts pay off eventually.
The Mighty page has been updated to reflect the changes declared. Now lets get to work and clear up our current Rct's so that we can get more new ones.
Lets build our moral and our membership... Lets work on playing together and building up our team again. Let the paperwork rest for now, lets play together.
