I just noticed that New York is 1 hour behind my local time. It should be the same. I am in the same time zone as New York. My local time is 1046 and in New York it is showing 9:46.
Is this a glitch?

It is probably not adjusted for DST - Daylight Saving Time. I'll look into it.

Check your javascript settings. Check the javascript options are on, in Internet Options, Security, Custom Level.
