So we did this Israeli Defense Force experience for a week called Gadna and we had to wear the uniform, do pushups, got to shoot m16's, learned some basic stuff like low crawl and patrol etc. This is my friends and I at the field day that we had.

will post more later, gotta get em organized first

So I just wanted to let you guys see what my typical week can be like, so here it is:
Sunday(yes, we have school on Sunday *ugh*):Wake up is usually at 0730, then Hebrew from 0800 to 0930, breakfast from 0930 to 1005, Jewish History is 3 hours long, starts at 1005, goes to about 1135, we have a break until like 1150, then from 1150 to 1245 we finish the lesson, then I have hours 1, 2, and 3 off, then I have English at 1600 (4th period) until 1700, I have 5th period off then I have Algebra 2 from 1800 to 1900, from 1900 to 1945 is dinner, from 1945 until when it's finished we have a daily meeting where our counselors tell us what is going on the next day, from when that's finished until 2330 is free time and then at 2330 is rooms in.
Monday: The morning is the same as Sunday, but the afternoon is different. I have 1st through 5th period off then I have Algebra 2 6th period, then the evening is the same aswell.
Tuesday: The morning is the same as Sunday, but yet again the afternoon is different. I have 1st and 2nd period off and the for 3rd and 4th I am taking block Chemistry(I get a full year's credit for it) with a 10 minute break in between 3rd and 4th. I have 5th off then Algebra 2 6th. The evening is the same.
Wednesday: Wednesday is the same as Sunday.
Thursday: Thursday is the same as Tuesday.
Friday: On Fridays we usually have either Hebrew, Jewish History, or a fieldtrip in the morning then we have the afternoon off until about 1730. At around 1730 we have Friday night services followed by dinner. After dinner we sometimes have a group meeting where we usually play some stupid game. When that's over we have free time until 0200.
Saturday: On Saturdays we get to sleep in till 1030 when we wake up and get ready for Saturday morning services at 1100. Services last until about 1230 to 1245. At 1300 there is lunch which they say we have to stay until the end but I never do. Hehehe. After lunch its free time until like 1800 when we have dinner until 1830ish when we have Havdalah(the celebration of the end of Shabbat or something along those lines). After that we usually go to a mall or a market or something like that. By the way, almost everything is closed during the day on Saturday because Israel is a Jewish country and it's a commandment not to work on Shabbat (the day of rest). We get back to the kibbutz (basically a settlement) where we live and rooms in are at 2330.
So yeah, that's my basic week but on any day we could have services in the morning(called T'fillot in Hebrew) or go on a field trip (called a Tiyul in Hebrew), and if those happen, we usually have to wake up earlier. From March 30th until April 4th we are going to Europe (Prague, Czech Rebublic and somewhere in Poland) then we come back and resume classes.

If anyone has any questions just leave a reply or drop me a pm and I'll try and answer it the best I can.

What exactly, are you doing in Israel?
All you said was that you were in Israel, but you never explained the purpose. I really want to know.
