Yeah when I first knew Adze I used to call him Adzeee by mistake.

I do know how to pronounce Rouge though.

This is just an example of what happens in an organization where there is allot of different nationalities represented. Then names and the proper way to pronouns them will always be a funky business. But adze and Aids that is a good one.

Rouge(rrrooooushhh) and the pronunciation as rogue that is not so strange. So just pick a harder name like Red Winged Chicken (RWC) or the original Coq Rouge (CR)
