I hope Total Spartan hasn't impacted the quality of RTS development for the Total War series, imo. Just a fear, since that game was a bust.
But considering Total Spartan was a frist attempt at a new genre, I'll shake it off. Total War franchise is sweet, and mainly my ownly RTS I will keep going back to playing. I wonder if they're going to start doing post modern warfare titles soon or go back to the Japanese after they're done with this title.
Hope they will stay whit ancient wars. Couldn’t imagine u controlling 5000 tanks into battle, which also would be ridicules. (That’s not how wars are won today).

I would personally love a new Rome total war.
8 Men behind enemy lines, 20 missions at a time is more like it. At lest for the Virtual Warriors.
