GCHQ announces a switch in rank...

GCHQ has agreed to the following:

[SAS]_Capt_Shield ---> [SAS]_Maj_Shield

[SAS]_Maj_En4cer ---> [SAS]_Capt_En4cer

I wish sincere congratulations to both members of GCHQ who have recently settled into certain roles while in GCHQ. This flexibility in rank structure based on roles will allow these two men to continue to contribute as they see fit.
