Can't believe I could still remember my password. Ok, I lied, I couldn't.
Hope everyone and theirs is doing well and in superb spirits. This website looks so snazzy. Kudos on whoever worked on the layout. Really glad to see SAS is still going. Could have sworn the last few times I visited this page - last year - there was nothing but errors. Shows how much of an impact this place had on me though that even after all these years I still persisted to type in the url every now and again. It's really cool to see it still works. I must try this on my phone. OMG! It works. It really does look beautiful too.
So, for those of you do not know me. I was a lowly gamer with an illness who by some mere fortune of coincidences bought RVS in a bargain bin. From there began an adventure that words won't really do justice. Suffice to say SAS - and the wider RVS community - was sublime. Things have changed so much in a short while. Some things for the better; others for the worst. This is just a message to say that I will pretty much always remember a lot of my experiences in both RVS and SWAT. (Though I really was terrible at SWAT. I'd like to apologise to that poor recruit I once had to give a lesson in for the SC in SWAT. Hopefully you believed the connection excuse!) That even after all this time I never actually forgot SAS. I still remember my RVS CD-key off by heart. Those were some exceptionally good memories and thanks for those.
I haven't really PC gamed, or gamed, properly in quite some time. As things stand I'm currently in the process of building a new PC. So who knows where that will take me? I do have a powerful laptop that I'm sure will run RVS or SWAT. Hopefully sometime this week, I'll fire those games up. Unfortunately my internet connection has if anything gotten worse. So, yep, I'm still going to lag like mad. It'll be nostalgic in so many ways. So many!
There, I think that's all, thanks for reading. I'll see ye around. Maybe? I dunno?
(I really love that meme)
