Finally got it installed.. If anyone has issues installing this skin please shut down your virus programs, etc till you have it installed. I paused mine for 15 minutes so I wouldn't have to restart them... I like it very much,, thank you Wiz!

I got to Then in the 'Style' box, select 'CleanLooks' which immediately crashed TS3 and it would not restart. I reset the shortcut and that didn't help. I may need to uninstall TS3 and start over.
That would be your TS then mate. Cleanlooks is a default style. Reinstall TS.
