Since there are no serious modifications that I wish to make since the last version created & testing, I've decided to put up my personal SWAT 4: TSS skin up for d/l, so others can see it and know not to shoot me by mistake ^_^.
Installation instructions are in the readme file; my xfire profile may or may not have pictures leftover from development.

*note* Although I know how to install it, the installation instructions were not in the readme file I received.
