What is wrong with this is the following: on a segway you need to balance back- and forwards. This is not good for your aim. This thing is generally hard to pilot. Let alond shoot from. And if you have your hands on the gun, you can't steer.

This is a well known drill. It was developed by former elite swat officers in asia and showed extreme qualities in a large variety of situations.
The drill is called: Urban wheel retreat hedgehog style.
