I just saw this on Modern Marvels on the History Channel tonight.
It is fired from a 12 gauge shotgun and has no wires connecting the shell to the shotty. Yet the projectile will hit you and still give you a big fat wallop curdisy of Thomas A. Swift's Electric Rifle (TASER) technology.
Supposedly taser international has some thing going on with the US Marine Corps and I don't know about you guys but to me. This is like the coolest thing for applying LL/LTL force without inventing yee old Star Trek Phaser set to stun

And to top it off if you had some one with the special effects and texture skills not only could you implement this in SWAT4 via a Mod, but make it look real too.

I would be more worried what might happen if you emptied the entire shotgun into a psychopath lol.
What I wonder (and I haven't watched the whole video yet, so if they say it in there, just tell me that) is if the shotgun is anything special or if its just the new taser shells? So, if its just the shells, couldn't you theoretically do something like combine taser shells with the automatic shotgun they talked about on another futurweapons (the one there is a thread or two about somewhere around here)? That would just be hilarious!
