First go in your SWAT4 TSS system folder (C:\Program Files\Sierra\SWAT 4\ContentExpansion\System) Then click on the editor icon (SwatEd.exe)
Then to help you with the map editor I suggest you read this guide on Hot-Swat-mods.com. Here is the link You might have to register on the site to be able to download the guide.
Read this document and it will help you a lot I'm sure!

Thanks for responding so quickly; I loaded up the editor just as you said and read the guide. I have begun work on a new map. Thanks a bunch for your help; I have been wondering how to do that for quite awhile... Chester.
