Once again they look fine to me. I am guessing there were problems loading the images, as each one requires a separate request to the server, and the server today has been giving extremely poor performance because the hosts have been taking backups.
So I am guessing some of the images did not load, giving you the errors you have been seeing. Hopefully this should correct itsself once the backups are complete.
I don't know what you mean, they look alright to me. Can you explain in more detail?

Clicking on them works fine for me. What problem do you get?
The medal is there to force the box to be the correct height.
emails are fine now, i get the blue text, however some of the medals are not showing.
