How does it work i pay what i want and i get downloads or codes?

Basically, if you pay a dollar or more, you get the first row of games.
If you pay more than the average (8.56 dollars), you get the first row of games AND the second row.
If you pay 10 dollars or more, you get the first and second rows, and Splinter Cell Blacklist and GR: FS.
So on and so forth. I believe they're download codes you have to register through the Uplay client in order to download them, which you must have an account for (which, since you've played RvS, I'm sure you have). I've heard that, for the old games at least, you only need to register and download them through Uplay and don't need to run it ever again.
