It has been announced that there will be sales within the GTA franchise - I hope V is on Sale, so I'll get some new companions to drive around town

Uhm, didnt know there will be another Black Mesa that costs money.
By the way, got GTA V today, ready to have a ride, no sale tho, guess its too early for a summer sale.

those Rockstar-Guys, really... I don't know what a "Great White Shark Cash Card" is or why buying it + GTA V costs less than GTA V on its own, but there's their 25% Sale on GTA V.
I wouldn't buy it, it looks fishy.
Edit: It's a 1.25 Million $ cash in for Online play, it seems. Now that is just... dirty Rockstar. They won't give a Sale on GTA 5 alone... It's always a bundle
